Whether you are a coffee lover who wants to up your game, a business owner or someone who simply likes to start a home-brewing ritual, we’ve got you covered.
At our training lab at Vietnam Coffee Republic, we offer a variety of introductory courses on coffee brewing and tasting know-how. These classes will be a quick shot of “espresso” to boost your understanding of coffee and how to best enjoy your delicious cup of joe.
Our classes are delivered by VCR’s A-team baristas in a well-equipped training lab. It’s gonna be a fun experience where you’ll get behind the controls of our world-class espresso machines and coffee-making tools.

Getting the basic right is an important step to become a top barista. At our intensive class, you will learn how to professionally operate the espresso machine to brew a great-tasting cup. Start from here and you’ll pull shots after shots of delicious espresso in no time.

In this introductory class, you will learn and practice home-brewing skills using Pour Over on V60. Your kitchen will feel delicious with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. With your mastery of these tools, hosting a weekend brunch never feels as easy.

This duo is often overlooked albeit being the most time-consuming skills to acquire of a barista master. In this class, our qualified barista will walk you through the art of perceiving subtle but distinct flavors and aromas of coffee.
